[gothic-l] -oni / -one gothic superlative suffix

in gothic, one is ain.....but latin languages have and use ready made English words in their vocabulary...

Hello, I have a question for the group, what do you know about the suffix -one -oni that is common in many italian patronymical surnames, maybe is it linked with a superlative of gothic origin?
