Hadn’t thought of Mozarabic. Other possibilities include borrowing from Greek liturgies of the northern Black Sea, and Bulgarian or early Slavonic liturgies.

I know there were differences in Greek doxologies and in Greek baptismal formulae. It would probably be necessary to work out alternate forms (non-credal, Ariminum-Seleucia, Nicaea-Constantinopolis, etc.).
