Language rights in the Northern Ireland Bill of Rights

A new Northern Ireland Bill of Rights is being drawn up and will have a
substantial section on language rights. The Northern Ireland Human Rights
Commission has now published a consultation document outlining what it
proposes to include in the Bill of Rights, and is requesting comments on
this. The language rights section can be found at:

http://www.nihrc.org/files/BOR_consultation_16.htm

and those with a knowledge of/interest in language rights issues might
like to take a look at this and/or send comments.
