Preserving tribal culture focus of national conference, from language to memories to science (fwd)

Greetings everybody, we just ended an interesting and at times compelling
conference on tribal archive, museums, and libraries here in Portland, OR. 
Attendance was as 550+!  A large contingent of presenters focused on language
revitalization with regard to technology, archives, and libraries, etc.  It
was a great mtg overall.  ;-)
