Hookuh spamming

Dear Gabriella,
   I'm afraid I have no real suggestions on how to avoid this spam, and no
way to guarantee that such spamming might not occur again in the future.  I
think that the way this works is that someone actually subscribes to
info-childes by hand, then users the ListServ software to download the
membership list, and then unsubscribes.  As I monitored the subscriptions, I
saw the hookuhs.thc address and thought it looked fishy.  Short of stepping
in and moderating the list, I have no option in the software to block
specific postings from "members."
  Interestingly, I did not receive 7 copies of this.  I think I received
two.  Maybe you are on a couple of other lists which the Hookuh spammers
were able to retrieve?
