Department of Cognitive Science

Candidates are invited to apply for a post-doctoral fellowship to carry
out research on the development of spatial representation, broadly

selective visual-spatial impairments. We seek applicants who have broad
interdisciplinary training in spatial representation, preferably with
interest in spatial language, and a strong interest in development,
learning and plasticity. Target areas of interest include spatial
language, navigation, object representation, visual-manual action, spatial
attention, and learning and plasticity within these. Funding is in place
for two years, with the possibility for further renewal.

Applicants should send a vita, research statement, and three letters of
recommendation to Dr. Barbara Landau, Department of Cognitive Science,
Johns Hopkins University, 241 Krieger Hall, Baltimore, MD 21218, or by
email to landau at cogsci.jhu.edu. Applications will be reviewed immediately
and the position will remain open until filled.
