Update on R9 digital recorder

I previously reported that we were pleased with the performance of the
EDIROL R9 digital recorder, but had some misgivings about its
construction.

Regrettably these have proven to be well founded - we have been using 2
of these machines for about 3 months now, and both have suffered damage
even through relatively light use and careful handling - it looks like
they are just too flimsy for anything but very controlled use.
