acquisition of questions with a relative clause

We are looking for acquisition data (from English or other languages) on when children acquire do-support and auxiliary inversion in questions (yes/no or wh-) with a relative clause, e.g., Does the boy who plays the drum want a cookie?

We also want to know when children acquire auxiliary inversion in questions containing an object-gap relative construction such as “Is the wagon that your sister is pushing red?”

Any help with references and data would be highly appreciated.

Thank you!
