Dear Leah---
The DELV test has many features of quantifiers in its test battery.
There are,
of course, many other fascinating issues about multiple quantifiers that we
do
not much about---though there is quite a literature on quantification in
acquisition
which is the place to start---see the Language Acquisition journal which has
many
relevant articles.
