Automatic Measure for Syntactic Complexity

We write this message to ask for help in the searching of a tool
useful to measure syntactic complexity (if there are conjunct clauses
and which sort of them). We know IPSyn, but this is specific for
English, and MLU, but this one is not enough to obtain what we want.
We have a corpus transcribed in CHAT (CORDIS placed in Clinical area
in the web CHILDES).

One question more. Is there anyone who knows the informatic tool
HISPAL and the work of Eckhard BIRK and Pilar VALVERDE IBÁÑEZ about
syntactic structures and semantic roles? Do you think this tool is
well accurate?

Thanks.
