The University of Southern California Department of Psychology,
College of
Letters, Arts and Sciences, invites applications for a tenure track
faculty
position in Developmental Psychology. The appointment will be at the
Assistant Professor level, to begin in fall, 2011. Among the areas of
interest are early cognitive development (with a particular interest
in
social cognition, language and neuroimaging approaches), developmental
psychopathology (focusing on any age level from early childhood to
adolescence) and multivariate approaches to socially significant
problems
(e.g., educational achievement, child and adolescent health). All
applicants
should provide a CV, a statement of teaching experience and interests,
a
statement of research interests, representative scholarly papers, and
three
letters of reference. Screening of applicants will begin October 15,
2010,
and continue until the position is filled. USC strongly values
