Exposure to native language questionnaire

Dear Pascale,

As Ewa mentioned there is such a questionnaire for CDI study used by
members of the COST action. I already translated it to French and I am
going in the next weeks to translate it to Portuguese as we are going
to start a CDI study on French-Portuguese bilingual children at the
end of March.
If you want to join the questionnaire translation to Portuguese work,
your help will be very appreciated.
