Purpose of CHILDES?

Esteemed professor MacWhinney,
Thank you for your reply and useful information you have provided me
with, it will most certainly be helpful in finishing my essay.

Thank you, professor Barbara Zurer Pearson for your input as well, I
think I now have enough information to work with.

Another warm thank you for all your suggestions and time spent to
answer my questions.
