Checklist/Scales of Preschool Engagement

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify one or more check list / 
scale / measure that I can apply to videoed sessions of preschool children 
undertaking speech and language therapy.

I am particularly interested in 'Engagement' or facets of engagement such 
as attention, gesturing, vocalisation, verbalisation, eye gaze. 

This is not an area that I have investigated previously so any information 
or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
