[LAP] Certificates for ICLAP 2020

Dear all the concerned,

Certificates for ICLAP 2020 together with the copies of conference books
have been sent to most of the registered participants/presenters, workshop
resource persons, session chairs and panelists in the previous month and to
some remaining in the previous week at their shared home/office addresses.
Hopefully you all have received that by now.
