[Lexicog] marking semantic domain subcategories

Mike,
There is a difference between pure Shoebox/Toolbox operations, where as you
say, the fields can be in any order,  and the MDF export process, which
requires you to use a particular set of markers, and specifies certain
things about the order, and the export process sometimes reorders the
fields in the RTF output.
