[Lexicog] Tshwanelex when the structure of your articles often changes

Hi Loig,

I've prepared a small sample showing one possible way to do the 
given sample entries. Not sure if attachments are allowed on the 
list, so I've uploaded it here:

I've created a few elements (via "Dictionary/Customize DTD") based 
on the information presented in your samples.
