I'm sorry that the ftp address I gave in my previous message is not
public.  Instead, please ftp to csli.stanford.edu and change to the directory
pub/Preprints.   The thesis is available in ps format (choi.ps) and
gzipped ps format (choi-z.ps.gz).

Hye-Won Choi's dissertation develops an OT theory of scrambling which
allows for interactions between Vallduvi-style information structure
and syntactic structure (using lfg-style parallel structures as input
and output).  The title is OPTIMIZING STRUCTURE IN CONTEXT: SCRAMBLING
