Adverb position and verb raising

In reading my earlier post, I realize that something I said was unclear.
What I said was:

I meant to say that I think that a "V-to-I raising" analysis is *correct*
for Hebrew (as in the tree on p. 51 of my textbook), but not on the grounds
of adjunct positioning.
