Call for nominations for positions on the ILFGA Executive Committee

The ILFGA Nominating Committee regrets that, due to forgetfulness on their
part, nothing has happened about elections for the ILFGA committee, and the
due dates as listed in the constitution have passed. The Executive Committee
passed a motion to change the dates for the elections, as detailed below.

We hereby call for nominations for the positions of member of the Executive
Committee to replace Nigel Vincent and Tracy Holloway King.  

July 5  --- Nominations committee distributes nominations to membership and
 asks for additional nominations. (Announcements at the ILFGA Business
meeting.)

July 18 -- Deadline for additional nominations.
These should be sent to  maia.andreasson at gmail.com.
Ballots go out that day.

Aug 18  -- Deadline for receipt of ballots
All votes must be received by the Secretary-Treasurer and the president of
the Executive Committee by August 18 in order to be considered valid.

The Secretary-Treasurer shall announce the results of the election by
September 1.

Sept 1   -- New officers take office.
