[LFG] Moderation policy change

Dear LFG list members,

In the past few years, the list has been a fully moderated one. That is 
to say, one of the admins/mods (George Aaron Broadwell or I) have had to 
explicitly allow each email to be forwarded to the list.

As of this post, there will be some changes in the list settings and the 
way this list is moderated.

- First, contributing list members will be able to post directly to the 
list, without moderation. If your moderation flag has not been cleared 
already, it will be at your first post after this email.

- Secondly, the reply-to address in list messages will be set to the 
poster's address, so that hitting reply in your email programme should 
start a message to the poster, not the list. Replying to the list might 
then take some extra consideration, though the details depend on your 
email reader. Note that if your moderation flag is cleared, there is no 
opportunity to stop an accidental email to the list.
