[lg policy] OLDT & online sources for terminology about languages

Greetings, Came across the Online Dictionary of Language Terminology 
http://odlt.org/ which is very helpful as a resource on terms about 
languages - and more, but my immediate concern is how we group and label 
languages (popularly and in planning/policy), not grammatical and 
linguistic terms.

Does anyone have other online references they can recommend? And for 
that matter references in print one might wish were online.
