The Lgpolicy archives

List are working again.  I thought it would be fitting for the first
substantive archived post on the updated version of Lgpolicy to recognize
Hal Schiffman (1938-2022), the list founder who managed it for over 20
years.  Below is a bibliography of his works compiled by UMBC TESOL alumna
Sara Clement.
