natural history of an interview

I've searched OCLC but found no sign of the FILM "Natural History of
an Interview," made by Bateson, Scheflen, and others.

Do copies of the film still exist? What shows up in major online
catalogues includes REFERENCES TO the film in various titles, but
only microfilm of various writings on it, fieldnotes, etc.

Curiously,

Jim
