Old Linganth Address shutting down today.

Greetings LINGANTH Folk,

If all goes as expected today, this is likely the last message you  
will receive from the LINGANTH list administered at the University of  
Rochester majordomo server.

We have successfully activated a new LINGANTH list hosted by  
LinguistList.org, who have been archiving our list since 1999.   
Effective 1 July, 2008, we are terminating the former LINGANTH list  
that has been generously hosted by the University of Rochester since  
the early-mid 1990s.  We have already switched all activity over to  
the new site.  We thank UR for these many years of generous service  
and support.

If you have not done so already, please take a moment to resubscribe  
at the new site:

(Note that subscription services are the third option on the list.)

For several reasons relating to security and administrative issues  
(among them, spam suppression), we have chosen not to automatically  
resubscribe the old list members.  If you choose not to resubscribe  
at the link above, you will no longer receive LINGANTH postings.
