[Linganth] request for ling anth/socioling lit in Spanish

I have a Spanish-language piece on an Aymara Jesuit radio station's practice of scripting and monitoring of their programs to maintain dehispanicized "pure" Aymara in all broadcasts. Here's a link to the pdf from my academia website:

https://www.academia.edu/26984604/Los_protocolos_de_pureza_y_el_aymara_deshispanizado_en_la_Radio_San_Gabriel

To fill in topical or other gaps (...or simply to find some good work!), you might also spend some time looking through issues of Discurso y Sociedad:

www.dissoc.org

Please do share when you have this together. This might also be a good list for the SLA website teaching resources.

Dear fellow linganths,

I am teaching an introductory linguistic anthropology course this semester,
for which my students are conducting some of their own research. A few
students are working on memes as a feature of communication. Does anyone
have any references of work by linguistic anthropologists or related
scholars on the use of memes, including gifs?

Thanks,
Kathe
