Dear colleagues,



With apologies for cross-listing, we happily write to announce the
publication of part I of “Images,” a special issue of Semiotic Review:

The issue presents an interdisciplinary approach to the semiotic study of
images, with contributions from scholars from a range of disciplines, from
linguistic anthropology, ethnomusicology, and visual anthropology to visual
studies, art history, and film studies.

you think would fit into the rubric of the issue, please email us to submit
