Hi everyone,

The American Philosophical Society Library & Museum in Philadelphia is hiring an Engagement Coordinator for its Center for Native American & Indigenous Research<https://www.amphilsoc.org/library/CNAIR> (CNAIR) and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation-funded Native American Scholars Initiative<https://www.amphilsoc.org/native-american-scholars-initiative> (NASI).

This job involves a range of responsibilities, including archival reference, implementing the many programs of NASI, professional mentorship and support of a variety of short- and long-term Fellows working with CNAIR and NASI, developing and cultivating contacts with researchers interested in ongoing engagement with CNAIR, especially Indigenous community-based individuals and organizations, and a variety of related tasks.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience. The APS also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement, life insurance, and disability benefits.
