[Lingtyp] question about sound alternation/change

Another example in Algonquian I can think of: in Atsina (gros ventre),
proto-Algonquian *c^ yields t, through a complex pathway *c^ > *θ (a sound
change shared with Arapaho), then *θ > *tθ > t
cf Goddard 1974
