[Lingtyp] European Commission on authorship transfer agreements

That greatly depends on the publisher. I had one well known publisher assume the copyright even though I never signed a transfer agreement!

Thanks. In my experience, I have been assigned the copyrights to all my recent books automatically by my publishers. So I believe that publishers recognize this.
