We would like to advise all Linglist subscribers of the 5th Manchester
University Postgraduate Linguistics Conference -  a conference organised
by postgraduates for postgradutes.

page for figures and references from all areas of linguistics for a 20
minute talk followed by a 10 minute discussion period by January 10th,

Attach to the anonymous abstract a 3x5" card with your name, affiliation,

Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged via e-mail within 48 hours.
 
Northwest Linguistic students will be given preference in continuance with
previous years' tradition, however all abstracts from outside the area are
