Limited Term Lecturer 1

The Department of Linguistics at Simon Fraser University is accepting
applications for a Limited Term Lecturer position to start September
1, 2004 and end August 31, 2005. The successful applicant will be
asked to teach a total of 8 courses in Teaching English as a Second
Language, including a practicum course, introductory phonetics and
general linguistics.  Simon Fraser operates on a trimester system with
sessions in the Fall, Spring and Summer of 2004/2005.  Candidates
should hold a Ph.D (or be near completion) in linguistics and be able
to demonstrate university level teaching ability.  Candidates will be
expected to have an active research record.
