Description:
Ref: FSH/PROF/GEN_LING/2004.The successful applicant must possess a PhD at time
of application. Position is for generalist with expertise in English
linguistics.  An interest in English in an Asian context is desirable.
Responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in general
linguistics and research methodology.  Candidates should have the  background to
pursue research in one or more of the following areas: phonetics/phonology,
discourse analysis, psycholinguistics, or computational linguistics.  Applicants
should fill in form downloadable from University website, and submit with items
specified in job description on University website. The University of Macau is a
public university  in the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's
Republic of China.
