Second colloque de la série 'Théories et concepts du Cercle linguistique de
Prague  au seuil du XXIe siècle' organisé par L'Institut de langues et
littératures romanes de la Faculté des lettres de l'Université de Bohême du Sud
de ?eské Bud?jovice. 

Call for Papers

En novembre 2006, une vingtaine de linguistes francophones se sont réunis à
l'Université de ?eské Bud?jovice pour redécouvrir et discuter la notion de
«stabilité souple du système linguistique», introduite par le Cercle
linguistique de Prague, et connue plus tard sous le nom de «synchronie
dynamique». Leurs débats ont donné naissance au numéro thématique 1-2/2007 de la
revue Echo des études romanes qui offre aux lecteurs des études critiques sur la
théorie concernée, ainsi que l'illustration de ses applications aux différents
niveaux du système linguistique.

Parallèlement au concept de la synchronie dynamique, le modèle
«centre-périphérie» constitue une réponse stimulante et concrète au défi du
programme de la linguistique structurale qui vise à modéliser la langue comme un
système dynamique. Ainsi, le colloque «Centre et périphérie dans le système
linguistique» se propose de réunir les linguistes francophones et engager une
réflexion critique autour de plusieurs textes-clé, dans lesquels la conception
«centre-périphérie» est ancrée (voir «textes de référence»  infra).

Clôture des inscriptions : le 15 octobre 2008
Evaluation des contributions : octobre-novembre 2008
Programme définitif : décembre 2008
Colloque : du 8 au 11 mars 2009
Remise du texte définitif des contributions : avril 2009

Before 15 October 2008, participants should send a summary of their paper, 1
page A4 + bibliography.

The conference will be held in French language, but the content of
