Organized by:

Comune di San Zeno di Montagna

Associazione 'Dante Alighieri'
Università di Verona
Consortium in the Humanities (CinH)

Conference fee: Registration and Participation

Registration:

Participants will register on the conference website, by filling the Registration Form, available also in the Italian version, Modulo di registrazione.

The organizers of the conference have negotiated with the Council of San Zeno di Montagna, the Association 'Dante Alighieri', the hosting hotel, and have managed to obtain a special conference fee for all participants. The conference fee is understood as a conference package that includes the conference registration, hotel accommodation for four nights with full board, supplies and services provided at the conference, coffee/tea/soft drinks and snacks during breaks, the final gala dinner and an excursion to Verona.

If you plan to share a room with a partner, your partner ought to be registered as a regular conference participant paying the conference fee. (This is the only possibility to benefit from the reduced price of the conference accommodation. The conference fee covers a hotel accommodation with full board for four nights in a fabulous little town near Garda Lake!)

The conference fee is EUR 200 before 15 June, 2010 and EUR 250 afterwards. Conveners are grateful to the Comune di San Zeno di Montagna, the Provincia of Verona and the Association 'Dante Alighieri' for their generous support and contribution to the overall costs of the conference which makes it possible for this new initiative of the PhD student organizers to cut down conference fee to a minimum, a most reasonable amount to accommodate participants for four nights in the fabulous Provincia of Verona and the Lake of Garda region.

Payment of conference fee is to be done on-line, on the conference website.

Travel:

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Exact travel and logistic information will be provided to the participants on the conference website under the link Travel. Participants are expected to arrive in Verona by air, train or bus and transfer to the conference venue by the Verona-San Zeno di Montagna bus on Wednesday, 25 August, 2010. The conference venue is also conveniently accessible by car. Departure from the conference venue is on Sunday, 29 August, 2010.

Accommodation:

Conveners are making efforts to accommodate all conference participants in one single hotel in the Council of San Zeno di Montagna, in order to make the conference a cosy, inclusive event for all participants. The conference fee will cover a single room with full board for four nights for each registered conference participant. Any additional nights will be charged extra. Organizers cannot guarantee the negotiated special conference price for any additional nights in the hotel that accommodates the conference participants. Those who need double rooms ought to register for the conference accordingly. Any further inquiries should be directed to Giampaolo Poletto via e-mail.
