The LOEWE Research Center "Digital Humanities" at the Technische
Universität Darmstadt offers:
Three Doctoral Scholarships in Language Technology and Computational
Linguistics
Each scholarship lasts a total of three years. The scholarship includes PhD
research within the LOEWE research program. Thereby, the planned thesis
should be pertinent to the research profile of the corresponding LOEWE
subproject. Besides project work, the position offers the possibility of
scientific qualification and training.
The scholarships are attached to the following subprojects:
- Text as a product - Machine learning for linguistic text analysis (one
scholarship)
- Text as a process - Linguistic properties of collaboratively constructed
Web 2.0 text (two scholarships)
