Meeting Description:

This first GETEGRA international thematic workshop in Recife-PE, Brazil, will take place on February 6-7, 2014. It aims to explore agreement in the generative perspective mainly, in order to honor Professor Maria Denilda Moura who, besides being mentor of the GETEGRA professors, has been contributing to Brazilian Portuguese Linguistics by carrying on research about this topic.

2nd Call for Papers: 

Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (plus 10 minutes for discussion). There will also be a poster session. 

Abstract Guidelines: 

The official language of the workshop is English, thus abstracts must be delivered in this language. They must be anonymous and are not to exceed two pages in length (including examples and references, on the second page), A4 or letter-size, 12-point Times New Roman font, with 1-inch/2,5-cm margins, single line spacing. Submissions are limited to 1 individual and 1 joint abstract per author, or 2 joint abstracts per author. The abstracts should be sent to the email address agreement.2014 at gmail.com up until July 31, 2013. Speakers will be notified of the results of their abstract review by October 15, 2013.

1. Paper title 
2. Name(s) of author(s) 
3. Affiliation(s) of author(s) 
4. Email address to which the notification of acceptance should be sent 
5. Plenary/poster section
