Full Title: Eurasian Journal of Applied Linguistics

Linguistic Field(s): Applied Linguistics

Eurasian Journal of Applied Linguistics (EJAL) cordially invites manuscripts to be considered for publication both online and in print. This is an open call for papers with no set deadlines for paper submission.

EJAL is a brainchild of an enthusiastic group of scholars who identify themselves with applied linguistics. EJAL is a professional, double blind peer-reviewed international journal devoted to promoting free dissemination of scholarly knowledge and exchange of academic research and professional findings on all aspects of second or foreign language (L2) learning and teaching. Due attention is paid to the teaching and learning of all languages as a second/foreign language. To this end, EJAL publishes theoretical and empirical studies in the form of original research, research reviews, case studies, conceptual frameworks, book reviews, and innovative educational and social ideas with both regional and global perspectives. EJAL has a clear preference for manuscripts with strong theoretical foundation and tangible educational and research implications. We, therefore, invite original submissions from around the world that fit within this aim.

Authors are encouraged to submit complete, unpublished, original, and full-length articles that are not under review elsewhere. Journal information and manuscript submission information and templates can be accessed at http://www.ejal.eu. You can also contact the editorial team at info at ejal.eu.

We do hope you will consider EJAL as an outlet for your work and look forward to receiving your manuscripts.

The LINGUIST List is under the umbrella of Eastern Michigan University and as such can receive donations through the EMU Foundation, which is a registered 501(c) Non Profit organization. Our Federal Tax number is 38-6005986. These donations can be offset against your federal and sometimes your state tax return (U.S. tax payers only). For more information visit the IRS Web-Site, or contact your financial advisor.

Many companies also offer a gift matching program, such that they will match any gift you make to a non-profit organization. Normally this entails your contacting your human resources department and sending us a form that the EMU Foundation fills in and returns to your employer. This is generally a simple administrative procedure that doubles the value of your gift to LINGUIST, without costing you an extra penny. Please take a moment to check if your company operates such a program.

Thank you very much for your support of LINGUIST!
