Description:

LinguaLinx, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead, develop and mentor
our existing and growing production staff. You will be responsible for
actively managing the timely workflow of the projects, mentor and develop new
hires and appropriately assign complex projects.

All applicants must be willing to relocate to the Capital Region area in
Albany, NY.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Analyze and determine the most efficient use of staff
- Coordinate the flow of projects to ensure timely delivery
- Determine what, if any, additional training is needed
- Implement all process changes
- Resolve all escalated issues, questions and concerns
- Hiring, Training etc.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Extreme discretion
- Some travel and flexibility in work hours

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of the Translation Industry
- Working knowledge of Desktop Publishing
