NLTK 3.2 is now available from: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/nltk

NLTK 3.2 includes: fixes for Python 3.5, code cleanups now that Python 2.6 is
no longer supported, support for PanLex, support for third party download
locations for NLTK data, new support for RIBES score, BLEU smoothing,
corpus-level BLEU, improvements to TweetTokenizer, updates for Stanford API,
add mathematical operators to ConditionalFreqDist, fix bug in sentiwordnet for
adjectives, improvements to documentation, code cleanups, consistent handling
of file paths for cross-platform operation.
