Meeting Description:

The 18th Science of Aphasia Conference will be held in Geneva, Switzerland
(11-14 September 2017)

Submission of abstracts for oral communications or poster sessions is open on
the topics of neurotechnology and language, clinical and experimental work on
aphasia and related disorders, neurocognition of language.

Theme: Neurotechnology and language

- Four Thematic Sessions (fMRI/DTI/VLSM; TDCS; EEG/MEG; TMS) Invited Speakers:

  Alex Leff (UCL, London, UK)
  Argye Hillis (Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, US)
  Mieke van der Sandt (Rijndam Rehabilitation Center, Rotterdam, NL)
  Marcus Meinzer (Univ. Queensland, Australia)
  Riitta Salmelin (Aalto University, FI)
  Karsten Steinhauer (McGill, Canada)
  John Rothwell (UCL, London, UK)
  Adrian Guggisberg (Geneva University and Hospital)

- Three oral communication sessions
- Four poster sessions

Call for Papers:

Submissions:

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentation or poster
sessions on the topics of neurotechnology and language, clinical and
experimental work on aphasia and related disorders, neurocognition of
language.

Submission opens the 17th of January 2017 and closes the 12th of April 2017.

Submission Guidelines:

The abstract should be written according to the template on the website and
not exceed 1,000 words (including headings, excluding references). 

One figure/table is allowed. It should be included IN the submitted pdf or
Word file. Your file cannot exceed 20 Megabytes.

It is not allowed to have more than one presentation or poster as first
author.

Submissions that do not meet the above mentioned guidelines will not be
reviewed.
