Dear Challenge Competitors,

It's time for a new Challenge update!

The University Challenge is getting closer and closer: Stanford (2nd position)
and Washington (1st position) are now very closely battling for the 1st place!
Indiana University is not that far behind, in third place.

The Countries Challenge has seen the most changes in the past week: though the
USA still has the largest number of donations, the UK is now in second place,
followed by Germany! They have both passed Spain and are now challenging each
other for second place. Not too far behind, Canada has now tied in 4th
position with Spain, who had been up to a great start until now! But there is
still time to catch up for all these countries, as the numbers are close
together! http://funddrive.linguistlist.org/country/

As for the Subfield category, Computational Linguistics are still in the lead,
followed by Syntax! Semantics (3rd position) and Sociolinguistics are only 52
dollare apart, so there's no telling who will be in third position for your
next update! http://funddrive.linguistlist.org/subfield/

Keep up with your team on our Fund Drive page
(http://funddrive.linguistlist.org/) and don't forget to support your team by
donating!

Good luck!
