Description:

The Language, Logic and Cognition Center (LLCC) at The Hebrew University of
Jerusalem (https://scholars.huji.ac.il/llcc/home), is an interdisciplinary
research center engaged in issues pertaining to language, crossing boundaries
of linguistics, philosophy, psychology, and computer science. 

We are recruiting a postdoctoral researcher for a period of 12 months,
starting October 1st, 2019, with possible renewal for another 12 months, in at
least one of the following research areas:
- Linguistics: syntax, semantics, pragmatics
- Computational linguistics 
- Philosophy of Language
- Psycholinguistics

The successful applicant will be expected, in addition to carrying out his/her
research,  to interact with students and faculty of the LLCC and to
participate in activities of the Center, including the organization of reading
groups of interest to the community. The opportunity to teach may be available
as well.

Eligibility:
The position is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Doctorate should not date earlier than October 1st, 2014
- Doctorate must be awarded by September 30th, 2019
- Applicants should not currently hold a Postdoc position at the Hebrew
University
- Fellowships are rarely awarded to candidates who acquired their Doctorate at
the Hebrew University (in such a case please contact Nora Boneh, at the
contact information provided below, for further details)

- List of publications
- Description of research project (2 pages)
- 2 reference letters
