Meeting Description:

5th International Congress of Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language aims that
increase and disseminate the literature of Teaching Turkish Language as a
Foreign language in different locations around the world by meeting scholars.
Since the thematic topic of this year’s congress is Use of Technology in
Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language, studies on this topic will be given
priority. Besides, the congress will also be open to the other studies on
language education.

01 May, 2019 – Announcement of accepted papers

Call for Papers:

We, as Sakarya University (SAU), İstanbul Medeniyet University (İMU) and
National and Kapodistrian University of Athens would be honored to host the
symposium called 5th International Congress of Teaching Turkish as a Foreign
Language, the fifth of which will be held in Athens (Greece) on June 27-28,
2019.

Since the thematic topic of this year’s congress is Use of Technology in
Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language, studies on this topic will be given
priority. Besides, the congress will also be open to the other studies on
immigration and language education.

Submissions & Format: 

Submissions should done via online system. For submission people need to send
an abstract. Abstract must be include aim of the study, method, findings,
results-discussion and must be between 200-400 words.

The official languages of the symposium are Greek, Turkish and English.

We would like to hold a congress which will be effective and influential for
the participants and the coordinators.
