Description:

As a Project Manager, you will contribute to various tasks to develop and
improve natural language processing of dialog. This includes:
- Advising linguistic annotators on how to complete their work
- Refining guidelines for the annotation and analysis of dialog 
- Evaluating and analyzing data quality 
- Providing training, coordination, and oversight of annotators
- Training and/or evaluate NLP or dialogue systems, identify
errors/regressions and propose solutions
- Providing linguistic consultation on language specific NLP and/or dialogue
analysis/modelling

Job requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Master's Degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics or related
disciplines or equivalent work experience
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts; learn in­house tools
- Keen interest in technology
- Keen interest in natural language processing, linguistics, and linguistic
resources
- Attention to detail, and good organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in a Linux environment and with scripting is a plus
- Experience in linguistic resources creation, guidelines preparation, dialog
annotation and evaluation is a plus

Project duration: 
Estimated at 12 months (with potential for extension). This is a fixed-term
contract, not a permanent position. The selected candidates are expected to
work 40 hours per week. Selected candidates will work onsite from the Zurich
office.
