Subject: A Proper Quiz Creator

I would like to create a quiz with 100 multi-choice questions.
For the question part (input), I need audio files. For the answers part, I
need just pictures.

Additionally, it is necessary to save the results of each user.
I tried NetQuizPro 4, but it does not save the results. Moreover, Google Form
does not support audio files as an input.
Any suggestions/ideas?
