Corpus Linguistics Research
ISSN: 2465-812X (Print)
Corpus Linguistics Research is indexed in Korea Citation Index (KCI) and it is
an international journal annually published in September by the Korean
Association for Corpus Linguistics (KACL), South Korea. It is an open access
and triple blind peer-reviewed international journal, which is devoted to
general and specialized corpus linguistics research and its application
studies. Three volumes have been successfully published thus far and all the
previous papers can be downloaded from the KACL homepage at
http://www.kacl.or.kr.

Corpus Linguistics Research is now inviting papers for the 5th volume on any
corpus-related research works. Submissions are due by 30 June, 2019.
The interested contributors are highly encouraged to submit their
manuscripts/papers through email at kaclgeneral at gmail. Please indicate the
name of the journal (Corpus Linguistics Research) in the cover letter or
simply put 'Corpus Linguistic Research' in the subject box during submission
via e-mail.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research
results and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should follow the style requirements outlined below and are
subject to both review and editing.

The style requirements of Corpus Linguistics Research include:
- Manuscripts should be submitted in .doc or .docx format and in 12-point
Times New Roman.
- A 150-200 word English abstract together with 5 keywords should be included
before the main text of manuscript.
- All section headings in the manuscripts should be in boldface and numbered.
If necessary, please use footnotes rather than endnotes in the manuscript and
make them as brief as possible.
- Follow APA style in your citation and references. Specific guidelines can be
found from Purdue Online Writing Lab at
http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/section/2/10/.
- Word limit varies depending on the research content. Long papers, i.e.,
research papers reporting on completed corpus-based research, should be 6000
to 10,000 words (that includes references and appendices), while maximum
length is 4,000 words for short papers, i.e., research papers reporting on
corpus construction, the development and application of an annotation scheme
and the development of automated annotation systems, etc.

If accepted for publication in Corpus Linguistics Research, each paper is
assigned a DOI number, which appears on top right-hand corner of the published
paper.

No author submission or acceptance fee is required for publishing in Corpus
Linguistics Research and we sincerely welcome your contributions.
Please feel free to contact us at kaclgeneral at gmail.com if you need any
