I announced the release of the latest version of Phono, a software program for
constructing models of regular historical sound change.

In March of this year, the web address given in that original announcement
became inoperative, and it was necessary to migrate Phono to a new location on
the Web.

The new Web address is https://langnhist.weebly.com/phonoTOC.html
