Meeting Description: 

19th Conference of the Spanish Association for Terminology (AETER) in Málaga
(Spain)

The 19th AETER Conference will be held next Friday, 29 November 2019. Under
the title “Terminología, neología y traducción” (“Terminology, neology and
translation”), the event will take place at the Faculty of Philosophy and
Letters of the University of Málaga (Spain). This free access meeting is
organized by the University of Málaga and the Spanish Association for
Terminology (AETER).

Yearly held, AETER conferences aim at joining Spanish terminology researchers
and teachers in order to share their experience, projects, publications and
resources about terminology and related subjects. This conference is also a
meeting point for AETER members, as well as the venue where AETER’s annual
general assembly is held.

organización de la XIX Jornada AETER en Málaga

Conferencia inaugural a cargo de M. Teresa Cabré (Universitat Pompeu Fabra):
“La Teoría Comunicativa de la Terminología: fortalezas y debilidades”

10:45-11:00: 
Coloquio con la conferenciante

11:30-12:15: 
Conferencia a cargo de Joaquín García Palacios (Universidad de Salamanca):
“Neología terminológica: retos y preguntas desde los nuevos caminos de la
traducción”

Coloquio con el conferenciante

Foro de discusión con conferenciantes, Gonzalo Claros Díaz (Universidad de
Málaga) y asistentes (miembros de AETER, profesores y alumnos): “¿Qué hacer

Plataforma para la terminología del español. Presentación de proyectos y
