Description:

The Penn State Summer Workshops in Research Methods for Applied Linguists is
pleased to offer two travel scholarships for graduate students.

- One $500 travel scholarship for a student currently enrolled in a graduate
program in the US
- One $1000 travel scholarship for a student currently enrolled in a graduate
program outside of the US

To apply for one of these scholarships, applicants should write a short
statement (no more than 300 words) that describes their current research
project and the ways in which attending the summer workshop(s) can contribute
to their current project. 

Applicants should indicate which scholarship they are applying for.

To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must be registered for the
relevant workshop(s). Registration includes payment for selected workshops.

Deadline: February 15, 2020
Decisions announced: March 15, 2020
